Recipe: Tasty 2 mins chocolate cake

2 mins chocolate cake. I thought of posting something which is very close to my heart (because it's time saving) My oven at home is not a conventional one. So this recipe is my personal favourite. A quick and easy microwavable chocolate cake, for whenever that chocolate craving hits.

The cake has a crumb that is one notch closer to pound cake than boxed cake mix, which I love. The ganache on top is my obsession. The pomegranate seeds are just, well, pretty. You can have 2 mins chocolate cake using 6 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of 2 mins chocolate cake

1. You need 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
2. You need 1 of egg.
3. You need 4 tbsp of sugar.
4. Prepare 2 tbsp of milk.
5. It's 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
6. It's 1 small of chocolate.

Microwave cakes are so versatile, it can satisfy any sweet cravings at any time of the day even in mid night. This is the base recipe, you can customize it as per your liking. The consistency is dense and cakey. It would go well with chocolate (or your favorite) chips, nuts, or served warm with hot fudge.

2 mins chocolate cake instructions

1. First mix all the dry ingrediants. (flour,cocoa powder,sugar).
2. Add the egg and milk and mix well..
3. Put the mix into a microwave safe bowl or mug..
4. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put in on top of the mix..
5. Put the bowl into the microwave and set it for 2 mins.
6. Remember to check the heat.. Don't set the heat more than 600degrees....
